RIB Quantum Design is operated by RIB QUANTUM DESIGN LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16894423.

In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to RIB QUANTUM DESIGN LTD and the RIB Quantum Design service. “You” and “your” refer to the person using the website, placing an order, submitting project information, or receiving digital deliverables.

RIB Quantum Design provides AI-assisted bathroom design concept visuals and related digital deliverables based on the information you submit.

At launch, the service is focused on bathroom design concepts. We may add, remove, or update features, room types, design styles, pricing, and package options over time.

The service is designed to help with inspiration, visual exploration, and early design direction. It is not a substitute for professional advice from architects, structural engineers, surveyors, builders, plumbers, electricians, interior designers, or other qualified professionals.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase from us.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use any content, images, or room information you submit.

Prices shown on the website are the prices payable at the time of checkout unless a pricing error is obvious or clearly accidental.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another third-party payment provider we may use. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

After successful payment, your order enters our processing and generation flow. Deliverables may be displayed on-screen, sent by email, or provided through another digital delivery method available at the time of purchase.

Your purchase covers the specific package selected at checkout, including the number of design variations stated for that package.

Deliverables are digital only. No physical goods, printed materials, installation services, renovation services, or professional design consultations are included unless expressly stated otherwise.

We aim to generate outputs that reflect your submitted information, selected style, room measurements, layout choices, preferences, and optional uploads. However, AI-generated results can vary and may not perfectly match your expectations, your physical room, or real-world feasibility.

You may submit photos, measurements, layout details, style choices, preferences, and other project information. You confirm that:

• you own the submitted content or have permission to use it;
• your uploads do not infringe anyone else’s rights, including privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights;
• your uploads do not include unlawful, abusive, harmful, misleading, or malicious material;
• your submitted measurements and room details are your responsibility and may affect the quality of the generated output.

You grant us a limited licence to use your submitted content only as needed to operate, process, generate, deliver, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

You must not use the service:

• for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• to upload content that infringes another person’s rights;
• to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, infrastructure, accounts, or data;
• to interfere with, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform;
• to misrepresent AI-generated outputs as professional plans, certified drawings, or verified technical advice;
• to use generated outputs in a way that is misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or harmful.

We own or license the website, platform, branding, software, user interface, templates, workflows, prompts, systems, and related materials, except for content that you submit.

Subject to these Terms and full payment, you may use your delivered outputs for your own personal planning, inspiration, or internal project use.

You must not resell, sublicense, reproduce at scale, commercially exploit, copy, or create a competing service using our platform, website content, workflows, templates, or generated delivery system without our written permission.

AI-generated design concepts are interpretive outputs created from the information you provide. They may include errors, omissions, visual approximations, unrealistic dimensions, unsuitable materials, inaccurate fixture positioning, or features that are not practical for real-world installation.

We do not guarantee that any output will be buildable, regulation compliant, structurally suitable, technically accurate, manufacturable, cost accurate, or suitable for your specific property.

You are responsible for checking all dimensions, layouts, feasibility, permissions, regulations, product choices, costs, contractor advice, and installation requirements before making real-world decisions.

Our cancellation and refund approach is explained in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Because RIB Quantum Design supplies digital content and begins processing your project after payment, cancellation and refund rights may be affected once generation, processing, or delivery has started.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

We may suspend, refuse, restrict, or cancel access to the service if we reasonably believe there has been misuse, unlawful activity, payment fraud, technical abuse, attempted unauthorised access, or a breach of these Terms.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the website, payment system, generation system, file delivery, or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays.

We may update, improve, suspend, withdraw, or change parts of the service at any time, including design styles, package names, pricing, workflows, and delivery methods.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or losses arising from reliance on AI-generated concepts for renovation, building, design, installation, purchasing, safety, or technical decisions.

Our total liability in connection with any order will generally be limited to the amount you paid for that order, unless the law requires otherwise.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data, including order details, submitted project information, optional uploads, and delivery information.

You should read our Privacy Policy before using the service or placing an order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this website with the revised “Last updated” date.

The Terms in force at the time of your purchase will usually apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or regulation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply and cannot be excluded.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
