Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, delivery issues, and duplicate payments are handled for purchases made through RIB Quantum Design.
RIB Quantum Design provides digital AI-assisted bathroom design concepts. Because generation and digital fulfilment may begin shortly after payment, refunds may be limited once processing has started. This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Digital service
RIB Quantum Design provides digital services and digital deliverables only. No physical goods are shipped.
Your purchase covers the package selected at checkout, including the number of AI-assisted bathroom design variations stated for that package.
Before processing starts
If you contact us before processing, generation, or digital fulfilment has started, we may be able to cancel your order and provide a refund.
Whether cancellation is possible may depend on payment processing status, whether work has already started, and whether any costs or third-party processing steps have already been incurred.
Once processing has started
Because RIB Quantum Design is a digital service that may begin processing shortly after payment, cancellation and refund rights may be limited once performance has started.
If generation, delivery preparation, file processing, storage, or digital fulfilment has already started, we may refuse cancellation or refund requests except where required by law or where we decide, at our discretion, that a refund or reprocessing is appropriate.
When refunds may be considered
We review refund requests fairly. Refunds or reprocessing may be considered where there is a clear service issue, such as:
- we are unable to provide the purchased service;
- a technical issue on our side prevents delivery and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time;
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- the generated files were not delivered due to an internal delivery failure;
- there is a clear processing failure that makes the delivered output unusable.
When refunds may not be available
Refunds will not usually be provided simply because the generated concept is not exactly what you imagined, or because you later change your mind after processing has started.
AI-generated design results can vary. Style interpretation, subjective preference, colour preference, product preference, or general dissatisfaction with an otherwise delivered AI-assisted concept does not automatically create a right to a refund.
AI output limitations
RIB Quantum Design creates AI-assisted visual concepts for inspiration and planning direction. Outputs are not architectural drawings, construction plans, engineering advice, building-regulation advice, plumbing advice, electrical advice, or professional safety advice.
We do not guarantee that any generated output will be buildable, regulation compliant, technically accurate, cost accurate, suitable for installation, or suitable for your specific property.
Delivery issues
If you do not receive your deliverables, or a download link does not work, contact us as soon as possible with your project ID, receipt number, checkout email, and purchase date.
Where possible, we will attempt to re-send, reprocess, or restore access to the deliverables before considering a refund.
Duplicate payments
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us promptly with your order details so we can investigate.
If a duplicate payment is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate refund to the original payment method where possible.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first if there is a problem with your order so we can investigate and try to resolve it.
If a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal is opened, we may provide the payment processor with relevant order, payment, delivery, usage, and support records as evidence.

Please include enough information for us to identify your order:
- your checkout email address;
- your project ID, if available;
- your receipt number or payment reference, if available;
- your purchase date;
- a clear description of the issue.
Refund processing
Where a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing times can vary depending on Stripe, your bank, card provider, or payment method. We cannot control the exact time your bank takes to show the refunded amount.
